A former soccer player in her teens, Beth rejoined the fitness industry in the late 90's. In her 13 years of experience, she has been a Personal Trainer, Coach and teacher of such classes as strength training, Yoga and Pilates as well as Spinning. She holds certifications from organizations such as NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) as well as Yoga Fit, Turbo Kick and USA Weightlifting.
