Email recipes to Christine.Colla@WorldGym.com INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup of dry oats 2 egg whites 1 whole egg 1 small banana 1 tsp. of cinnamon (can add more or less depending on your choice of flavor) optional items: -blueberries -walnuts DIRECTIONS: Mix all of the ingredients in a blender. Spray Pam or similar type cooking spray (try to avoid using oil) on a frying pan or griddle; heat on medium/medium high heat. Pour batter mix onto pan so it creates a circle just a little bit bigger than your fist. Heat pancake until it's a golden brown on both sides SUGGESTED: Instead of using butter and regular syrup with your pancakes, as a healthier alternative, spread "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" on top of the pancakes when they're done and top it off with Smucker's sugar free syrup TIP: If you're making the pancakes for more than one person (or someone with a larger appetite) just double the ingredients.
