Greek Chopped Pita Salad

The Mediterranean diet is getting a lot attention because of its health benefits. This delicious salad delivers in micronutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and more.

Ingredients
• 2 cups romaine lettuce
• 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
• 1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
• 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

Make it: Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss thoroughly.
