Keep warm The holiday season is cold and this cold temperature entails serious health problems when neglected, especially for the young ones and adults. Travel safely When you are traveling somewhere far, make sure that you are traveling safely. Wear your seatbelt at all times. Don't ever drink and drive or let anybody else drink and drive. Handle and prepare food safely The last thing that you would want in your holiday trip is the incidence of food poisoning so you should make sure that the food you will be feeding to your family is handled and prepared safely. The best way to make sure that you will stay healthy while you are far from home is to find exciting and fun ways to stay active. Being on a trip doesn't mean you have to just sit there and do all the things you are accustomed to. Try breaking a sweat at least 30 minutes a day.
