Peppermint Brownie “Pizza”

12 December 2012 No Comment

butter flavored cooking spray
2/3 c fat free vanilla yogurt
1 box No Pudge brownie mix (find at Trader Joe’s or natural food section of store)
1 cup fat-free frozen whipped topping, defrosted
2 tbsp finely crushed peppermint candy canes
1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Pre-heat oven to 350degrees. Mist a 10 1/2″ tart pan with spray. In a medium bowl, stir the yogurt into the brownie mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it with spatula so it evenly covers the bottom of the pan. Bake for 17-19min, or until toothpick inserted in the center is no longer wet. Allow the brownie to cool completely. Spoon the whipped topping into the center and spread using spatula. Sprinkle crushed candy evenly over top. Drizzle syrup in a fine stream from the edge of a spoon to create criss cross pattern. Slice and serve immediatly. Refrigerate left overs.
