This routine to El Tiburon by Proyecto Uno was choreographed by Candy Tuohimaa, and it is really fun to do! It is comprised of moves that will definitely not be difficult to catch onto in any way, shape, or form - but they will put a smile on your face without a doubt.
This is a great warmup because it uses both the upper and the lower body simultaneously, and it maintains a moderate pace of movement throughout the song. In this way, your heart rate will be raised gently and naturally while you have a great time just dancing!
Candy states in the description that she just put together an easy warm-up using some of her favorite "Beto" moves - but I definitely detect some original flavor in there!
